It is the
policy of DSE
Consulting Inc. to provide the best price possible for our clients. All inclusive
fees are available for loan signings depending on package and location. With that in mind we will quote
each
individual loan signing request.

pick-up
& drop-off of documents at no charge
NOTE: Notary Signing Agent's Fee is due in full
for a completed signing, even if loan does not fund. Full fee is required for refusal to sign or
no-show.

All
notarization fees are based on the
California
statutory code. Travel charges are additional and are calculated for
each
individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization and will
differ
depending on location. No two notarizations are exactly alike, some
require
hours of preparation while others may require only the completion of a
simple
form; fees reflect this.
To allow for
expedient notarization without incurring additional
fees, please ensure that all documents are accurately completed prior
to
notarization.
