You know there are several people out there that do what we do. So why us?  

Remember when you got your first customer or completed your first deal? Remember how you felt? Remember the motivation you had when perusing that first deal or customer? You know that first dollar framed hanging in your office? Right?

Well as time goes on and one has that large customer base there is the danger of becoming complacent. Taking your business for granted is a danger many don’t see coming. So now one no longer has that drive, motivation or hunger to succeed anymore.

A prime example of this is doctors, dentists, lawyers, gas station attendants, and mechanics. Not to single them out but they are a good examples.  Here’s a question for you. When was that last time you had an appointment with a doctor or dentist where you got in at the time scheduled?  I personally fired my dentist for making me wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Yes, he has this large patient list and probably won’t miss me. But in the beginning I wasn’t his patient I was a potential customer. Yes, I got that great treatment as a new customer, and then I became a patient. Scheduled appointments became later and later. So one day I had enough, and fired him. 

I told myself then that if I ever got into business for myself I would always treat new customers with the best service possible.

My returning customers as new customers and one would never become a “Patient!  So Why Us? To be treated as the most important customer always. To provide only excellent service with your needs in mind.
